Value Estimates: All market valuations provided by VinylIdentifier are estimates only and should not be considered official appraisals. Actual market values may vary significantly based on condition, buyer interest, and market conditions.

Identification Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, AI identification may not always correctly identify pressing variants or rare editions. Always verify important identifications independently.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes
You will not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the app
You own the content you upload and grant us license to process it

5. Subscription & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

VinylIdentifier is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to financial decisions based on our valuations.
