Our AI achieves high accuracy for most commercial releases. For rare pressings or variants, we recommend verifying matrix codes and other details manually. The app provides a confidence score with each identification.
Are the value estimates accurate?
Value estimates are based on AI analysis of condition, pressing details, and market trends. They should be used as a reference only, not as official appraisals. Actual market values can vary significantly.
How many photos should I take?
For best results, we recommend 2-4 photos: the front cover, the record label, and any relevant details like matrix codes in the runout groove. More angles help improve identification accuracy.
Is my collection data backed up?
Yes! Your collection syncs automatically via iCloud. Your data is securely stored and will sync across all your Apple devices signed into the same iCloud account.
Can I export my collection?
Yes, you can export individual records as PDF documents with all details included. CSV export for your full collection is coming soon.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel your subscription.
